RICHARD L. REISING (
) PRESIDENT Mr. Reising has thirty-eight years of experience in the environmental and regulatory compliance arena, including supervisory, management and administrative positions with the USEPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency), USDOI (United States Department of the Interior), industry and the private sector. He routinely communicates, coordinates and negotiates on a professional basis with the public, industry, consultants, university researchers, environmental groups, state, local and federal officials as well as members of the news media.
Rick has seventeen years of experience in the private consulting sector and is currently responsible for corporate administration including marketing, financial, public relations, contractual and legal activities of the EMC business. He has designed and implemented a wide variety of special multidisciplinary monitoring and research studies, prepared technical reports, maintained the legal defensibility of the data, and provided expert testimony. He serves on several Boards of Directors for private companies and non-profit organizations and is involved in several community action groups.
R. THOMAS EFFINGER (
) VICE PRESIDENT Mr. Effinger has over twenty years experience in technical management and supervisory positions. He is experienced in conducting solid and hazardous waste management assessments; permitting; site assessments; industrial audits; landfill operations and design, emergency response activities and advising clients on OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. He currently is responsible for administrative oversight and final review of all projects.
CHRISTY L. MORLOCK, CPA (
) VP OF ADMINISTRATION
Ms. Morlock is a Certified Public Accountant with twenty-six years of experience in the accounting profession. Chris’s current responsibilities include all areas of accounting – accounts receivable (inclusive of invoicing and collections), accounts payable, financial statements, payroll, payroll returns, W-2’s, property tax returns and job costing, budgeting and forecasts. Her position has evolved into maintaining accounting for three additional companies, Air Quality Services, LLC, Consortium for Environmental Risk Management, LLC and Custom Contractors of Evansville, Inc. She is responsible for all of the above duties for these companies as well.
TRACY M. MCCONNELL, PE (
) SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Ms. McConnell has a master’s degree in environmental engineering and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. Tracy is registered as a Professional Engineer in Indiana and Kentucky. Her responsibilities include all aspects of environmental project management and industrial compliance. Tracy’s main emphasis is on designing S/A plans, pilot testing, corrective action, remedial investigation and feasibility studies. She also prepares written operating plans, permit applications and provides general consultation on environmental compliance, permitting and reporting issues.
KIMBERLY R. DYEHOUSE (

PROJECT MANAGER
Ms. Morlock provides consulting on issues regarding mold, lead, asbestos and a variety of indoor air quality issues. As project manager, Kim conducts building inspections and hazards analysis. She designs abate-ment specifications, prepares technical reports and specifications and project designs along with contractor oversight and final clearance for asbestos abatement for Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act schools, commercial and industrial facilities. She is also experienced in training asbestos workers, supervisors and contractors for State accreditation.
MARK E. PHILLIPS, P.G. (

GEOLOGIST
Mr. Phillips has over 25 years experience in the mining, environmental and archeological fields. Mark’s responsibilities include project management, borehole program design and geological data evaluation. His specialties include geological modeling, geological site assessments and mineral evaluations. He also has experience with landfill design and operations, groundwater monitoring, hydrogeology, gas generation modeling, gas well design and installation. He is registered as a licensed Professional Geologist in Indiana and Illinois.
