The asbestos experts at Environmental Management Consultants (EMC) will be hosting the following Asbestos Training Courses in January 2020:
Asbestos Supervisor Refresher - Tuesday, January 14th, 8:15AM - 4:00PM
Asbestos O&M Refresher - Wednesday, January 15th, 8:00AM - 12:00PM
Asbestos Inspector Refresher - Wednesday, January 15th, 1:00PM - 5:00PM
Asbestos Worker Refresher - Thursday, January 16th, 8:15AM - 4:00PM
Where?
Classes will be held at the Ivy Tech Community College, Room PL104, Plaza Building, Evansville, Indiana. The Plaza building is located just south of the main campus building, which is located at 3501 North First Avenue. Class size is limited, so those interested in attending should register ASAP.

These refresher courses will bring you up-to-date on changes in federal, state, and local regulations, provide details on state-of-the-artwork practices, review the basic information included in the initial accreditation course, and offer participants an opportunity to raise questions and discuss common concerns with other professionals.

Certificates
Certificates will be issued within seven days following the completion of the course to all participants who successfully pass accreditation examinations covering the respective course material.
Certificates are accepted by the state regulatory authority for accreditation purposes but do not by themselves constitute state accreditation.
Participants failing to pass the accreditation examination may retake the examination without charge on an appointment-only basis. Re-examinations and awarding of certificates are contingent upon receipt of course payment.
