In his role, Phillips leads the company’s office of scientific professionals in finding cost-effective solutions for environmental challenges in the Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky tri-state area.
As the Director, Phillips manages day-to-day operations and oversees technical projects ranging from industrial compliance and asbestos abatement to environmental investigations, site cleanup, and Brownfields redevelopment projects. He has over 25 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry, and his steadfast leadership provides a clear path to site closure for EMC’s clients.
